Full Flex AuRevoir Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Full Flex Marketing LLC (“Full Flex,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the Full Flex AuRevoir app (the “App”). It applies to the App and its related support channels, not to third-party services with their own notices.

Information we handle

We handle information you provide when you create or use an App account, contact support, or submit content through the App. This may include your name, email address, account credentials, support communications, and the information you choose to enter or connect for an App feature. We also process limited technical and usage information needed to operate and secure the App, such as device or browser information, IP address, diagnostic logs, and feature activity.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the App; authenticate access; respond to support requests; troubleshoot, maintain, and improve features; prevent fraud or misuse; and meet legal obligations. We do not use App information for purposes that are incompatible with these uses without providing an appropriate notice or obtaining consent where required.

How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that process it on our behalf to host, secure, support, or deliver the App; when you direct us to connect or share information through an App feature; to comply with law or a valid legal request; or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Full Flex, users, and the public. Service providers may use information only to provide services to us and not for their independent marketing purposes.

Data retention and deletion

We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the App, meet the purposes described in this Policy, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of an App account and associated personal information by emailing team@fullflex.agency with the subject line “AuRevoir account deletion request.” We may retain limited information where needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or to complete an active transaction.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may update information available in the App, choose not to provide optional information, and contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. If the App requests a device permission, we request it in context for the stated feature; you can manage device permissions through your device settings.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can address the request.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when the App or applicable requirements change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required.
